We will always try and repair your machines for you as quickly as possible. Unfortunately this is not always possible if we have to order parts that may be out of stock and in some cases parts can become obsolete, in these situations we will always let you know that we are trying our utmost to get your machine back to you as quickly as possible.
If a machine is under warranty we will always use original replacement parts however after this time if we can source good quality pattern parts for you we will unless you specifically ask otherwise to be supplied with original parts. We always pass the saving of using pattern parts on to our customers.
We accept all payment types except American Express. You can pay by cash or card instore and we also have contactless payment. You can pay by BACS transfer and all our bank details are on the bottom of our invoices.
